Super disappointed! Went for breakfast this morning. The waitress had me download the app to try to get the birthday discount or whatever it is, and I signed up and everything. The first time I tried logging in, it said my info was wrong. Then I tried sending a reset to my email, did that at least 10 times and got nothing. Restarted my phone, even deleted and reinstalled the app. Tried doing the fingerprint login even and that doesn't work either! WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT IF THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

The app says "Download the App for delicious deals on breakfast and lunch from one of Jimmy’s Egg’s many locations. App-ealing amenities like easy-to-use online ordering, a great menu full of your breakfast favorites, daily specials, loyalty rewards and more are right at your fingertips. Scroll through the menu and order your favorites whether you dine in or carry a treat home or to the office..." But only gives you options to find a store on a map. Helpful to find a store nearby. But that is all

great food! Great app, only compliant is sometimes the waiter/waitress forget to enter your code so you can get points. also the receipt should show points for easy tracking
